Servicing Brisbane

Brisbane car parks accumulate dust and grime quickly given the local climate, and our teams schedule cleaning around Brisbane's peak traffic and commuting patterns to minimise disruption.

Our Approach

Car park size, surface type and traffic patterns determine the scrubbing method and frequency, with scheduling arranged to minimise disruption to parking availability.

Equipment & Process

Ride-on floor scrubbers suited to large hard-surface areas, with appropriate solutions for oil and grime removal on concrete and sealed surfaces.

Quality Controls

Coverage is checked across the full car park area, with attention to corners, bay lines and entry/exit points that ride-on equipment can miss without careful operation.

Scheduling

Typically scheduled periodically — weekly to monthly depending on traffic volume — and can be arranged for low-occupancy hours.

Safety Considerations

Work is carried out following documented safe work procedures, appropriate PPE and, where relevant, exclusion signage and access controls. See our approach to safety for more detail.
